DESCRIPTION:The Cornish Conservation Commission invites you to walk with Martha Mitchell\, MS who joins us again after her popular 2023 event in Cornish. A natural resource conservationist\, environmental educator and forest soils scientist\, Martha co-authored & illustrated the tracking guide Mammal Tracks and Scat with Lynn Levine. She has mapped soils and vegetation all over America\, designed curricula and taught people of all ages. \n\nRegistration required (attendance is limited):\n\nEmail cornishconservation@cornish.nh.gov or call (201) 787-9789 to register or w/questions. \n\n10am-12pm\, Langwood Tree Farm at 301 Lang Road\, Cornish. Park in the field across the road from the big barn.\nCheck the weather\, dress warmly in layers\, snow shoes or boots/crampons\, bring your own water.
