Historical Society Meeting

The Cornish Historical Society will kick off its 2024 programming with a talk by Leo Maslan, Overseer of the Covered Bridges, on the history of covered bridges in Cornish, as well as their construction, function, and future. Other aspects of the talk will include Leo’s experience working with legendary builders/restorers, Milton and Arnold Graton. The large Cornish-Windsor covered bridge model will be on display and George Edson will discuss its donation. Light refreshments will follow the program. Help us pack the church like they did under Elder Ariel Kendrick in 1820.
