Inside Winter Walking for Seniors

Ruth Bassett is coordinating an indoor walking exercise opportunity for our seniors, sponsored by CAIP (Cornish Aging in Place). Twice a month, the gym of the Cornish Elementary School will be open after school on Thursday from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm. The first two will be January 16 and January 30. Park at the school’s back parking lot and enter through double doors to the gym.
