Ukrainina Art and Talk

Have you been wanting to support Ukraine but haven’t known how? Here is a chance to learn more! First Congregational Church, 72 Claremont, will be participating in 2nd Saturday on Pleasant Street with Sophia Shushailo displaying and selling Ukrainian art from 4-6 pm and speaking about the art with video footage in the church parlor at 6 pm. Opportunities to ask about what is going on in Ukraine and to find out more about how to support Ukrainian artists will be part of the discussion.

In addition to the Ukrainian art, and in celebration of other local nationalities, crepes will once again be flipped in the air and served on the street from 4-6 pm. Carla Shaffer, church organist, will be playing from 4-4:30 and 5-5:30 pm. There will also be activities for children. Come and stop by our shady garden and enjoy some frozen treats as well.
