Lyndsay is the owner and co-founder of Z Botanicals Apothecary and Herbal Sanctuary in Hartland VT. She has a degree in Holistic Psychology and has been working most of her professional life building awareness in sustainable living. She believes we all have the power to heal ourselves with a little loving help from our plant allies.
