Energy Committee Meeting
April 9 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
The Cornish Energy Committee usually meets on the 2nd Monday of every month. This month we are meeting on a Tuesday to avoid a conflict with the solar eclipse on April 8. The Plainfield Energy Committee joins our meetings on an “as-needed” basis to work on joint projects.
The public is welcome to attend either in person or via Zoom. The Zoom link is below.
Proposed Agenda:
1. Approve March minutes.
2. Button Up workshop – Tuesday April 16, 6:30-8pm – bolster publicity
3. Inflation Reduction Act – Josh Elliot, NH Dept. of Energy will join us on May 13 to explain NH’s implementation plan; discuss future forum – when?
4. Wind Power – May 10 visit to Lempster; forum in the Fall
5. Cornish – Treasurer’s report
6. Cornish – election of officers.
7. Energy Audit for Cornish Town Offices – digital thermostats are installed; progressing with contractor estimates
8. Community Power – start work on Electric Aggregation Plan
9. 15 minute discussion of renewable energy & energy matters.
10. Other issues?
