Social Coffee Hour for Seniors

Cornish Aging in Place (CAIP) holds a monthly social coffee hour on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am. Note that these are now held at the Masonic Hall on Church Street in Cornish Flat. Seniors living in Cornish, as well as those in Plainfield and Meriden, are warmly invited to attend. Caregivers, family, and friends are also welcome.
CAIP volunteers will set up coffee and tea for attendees. You are welcome to bring your knitting or other handcraft, puzzles, cards, or games.
You are also invited to join us on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for our themed coffee hours. These feature topics suggested by our participants.
CAIP’s goal is to provide our seniors with social time, stimulating conversation, and helpful information related to aging. CAIP wishes to thank the Masons of Cheshire-Mt. Vernon Lodge #23 for allowing us to use their building for our meetings and events.
